Since 1885, Germiflor has been a story of five generations serving the land. From the very beginning, one simple idea: help farmers - and later home gardeners - achieve beautiful harvests with ethical, environmentally friendly practices.
We manufacture in France fertilizers for professional farms and for the general public (the Marcel le Jardinier range). Our core product is Mazor - an organic base that supports living soils - and we also offer a vegan line.

🎯 The role
|
Do you like it when everything runs on time? Join our Logistics team: you'll secure the order → shipment → delivery journey.
Your tasks, simply:
- Enter & receive orders (order admin / customer service).
- Work in Sage 100: PL/BL, product creation/updates, checks.
- Plan shipments: appointments, coordination with carriers & in-house drivers, tracking.
- Inform customers about deliveries; handle small issues through to successful receipt.
- Build product statistics in Excel (monthly deliveries, top/flop, by distributor).
- Publish technical sheets & docs on the website & in the CRM.
- Support retail/B2C when needed (front desk, quotes/delivery notes).
- Admin: monthly archiving, filing.
- Versatility: switchboard, mail/parcels, helpful ad-hoc tasks.

🔁 What we're looking for
- Autonomous, organized, detail-driven.
- Comfortable with Sage 100 (or WMS/TMS/ERP/CRM) and Excel.
- Clear, polite communication (customers, carriers, team).
- Initiative: improve processes (checklists, templates) and suggest new tools (dashboards, simple automations).
- Languages: English and/or Spanish are a real plus (suppliers, carriers, export customers).

On-site position
Work closely with the logistics team and the field. |
- Hours: 8:00-11:45 and 13:45-17:00

- €1,500 net to start
