We are strengthening our commercial team and recruiting a Technical Sales Representative – South-West France (Permanent Contract) to develop a high-potential region: Cantal, Corrèze, Creuse, Dordogne, Haute-Garonne, Gers, Gironde (Entre-deux-Mers), Lot, Lot-et-Garonne, Lozère, Tarn-et-Garonne, Haute-Vienne.

Main responsibilities

As an ambassador for Germiflor, you will be at the heart of customer relations:

• Prospect, develop and close sales within your region
• Manage and grow a portfolio (distributors, cooperatives, garden centers, retail chains)
• Provide technical support to winegrowers, market gardeners, arboriculturists and arable farmers
• Train partner sales teams and represent the brand in the field
• Report market needs and contribute to the development of our product ranges

Note: At Germiflor, you do not need to be an expert to apply — we provide full training on our products and sales methods.

Profile sought

• You enjoy selling, negotiating and achieving results
• You are autonomous, reliable and comfortable in customer relations
• You know how to plan your visits and manage follow-ups methodically
• Bonus: you have an interest in the agricultural sector 🌿
